To connect to Concordia's wireless network with a configured device, you must have a Netname account.
Your computer only allows one network connection at a time.
This means that you will have to disconnect (unplug) the cellular modem (aircard) from the computer and close the cellular connection manager tool provided by your cellular carrier or, disconnect from any LAN (wired Ethernet) or Wi-Fi (wireless) connections before you will be able to connect your computer to the router either by Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi.
If you see a message about Validating Identity upon connecting to the Cradlepoint router, it means WEP security mode is enabled.
To resolve this issue, disable 802.1X feature on your Windows computer.
Scenario 1: Just one device cannot see the wireless network, while others can.
You should be able to connect automatically to the Northwestern Wireless Network with your Net ID and Net ID password through your Network Preferences.
Right click on the Network icon and choose 'Open Network and Sharing Center'. This generaly occurs when the Windows operating system has not been updated for a long period of time.
